Two teenagers NOPD has named as suspects in an Uptown robbery originally told investigators they were victims of a random shooting after the person they meant to hold up turned a gun on them. Investigators arrived at the scene in the 3900 block of Tchoupitoulas Street close to midnight last Wednesday (Jan. 27) to find Jason Ford, 17, and Germain Hurlston, 18, suffering from non-life threatening gunshot wounds.
