<p>Computer hackers gained access to the California state government's computer systems in April and sensitive financial and personal information about as many as 265,000 state workers, officials said Friday.</p> <p>The electronic assault on payroll and other records was discovered by the Sacramento Valley Hi Tech Task Force, which determined that none of the information has been used illegally so far.</p>

This bill prohibits Big Labor Unions from deducting money from a worker’s paycheck to use for radical left-wing politics, whether the worker supports those beliefs or not! This bill is being promoted by Linda Chavez, Bush’s first nominee for Secretary of Labor ,who was railroaded out of town by radical communist Democrats! Now it’s payback time! Such deaths were up 53% in 2000 from 1992. Meanwhile, deaths dropped 10% for non-Hispanics, the latest data show. Fatalities fell in most of the nine years among non-Hispanics. But they rose steadily for Hispanics.
