Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich and Sen. John Kerry will debate the issue of climate change next week, their staffs announced Thursday. The debate, hosted by New York University’s John Brademas Center for the Study of Congress, will take place on Tuesday morning, April 10, in the Russell Senate Office Building, according to the Washington, D.C.-based publication The Hill.
