<p>WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Two North Korean diplomats traveled Thursday to the birthplace of the nuclear age to meet with New Mexico's Democratic governor, Bill Richardson, in an attempt to end the impasse over North Korea's nuclear buildup.</p>
