N Kor negotiates peace treaty with N Mex. One down, 49 to go.

Well, obviously they will get a full tour of Sandia Nat'l Labs and Burrito Richardson will give them a map showing all the pertinent copy machines to look behind to retrieve their discs. Also, I am guessing we need to help them achieve better accuracy with their long range missiles.

Who knows? Richardson can fix things up. He fixed Clinton up with Monica didn't he?
To: AmericanInTokyo
All I want to know is what are White House interns going to do now that Richardson isn't able to drive them around hunting for jobs? Is Vernon Jordan still around? No wonder unemployment is up.
Is Richardson now conducting foreign policy on our behalf? Hmmmm?

Big mistake. I find fault with Powell for permitting this kind of thing to happen. Since when does a Governor act as an interlocutor for the USG--especially for someone like Richardson who screwed it up the first time and did even worse at Los Alamos? This guy lacks the expertise and qualifications in foreign policy to be involved at all. I am really disappointed in the Bush administration for allowing this to happen. Something is very wrong.

Roger CLINTON, (after bowing before and praying to the statue to a cruel despot, Kim Il Sung), on Mansudae Hill in Pyongyang, North Korea.

Can't somebody get this jacka$$ a decent haircut????

This is a blatant insult to the official representatives of the U.S. government who are happily consenting to it. I have no respect for Powell or an administration that would allow an incompetent from a previous administration to discuss international matters with official representatives of a foreign adversary.
Nobody is in charge anymore.
The proper response should have been. "We have a State Department. They represent the United States government and the elected president. You talk to them or nobody. We don't have alternate federal governments headed by state governors."
To: AmericanInTokyo
No surprise here. Our government continues to keep our country fertile for another terrorist attack. They still have the same open attitude toward foreign enemies and the same lax secutrity on our borders and shores.
Meanwhile, we're asked to surrender OUR freedoms to combat this threat.

This pathetic haircut he has now is by far the best one he has ever had. He usually looks like he gets drunk and then cuts his own hair.
To: Apple_Hills
Richardson was the keynote speaker at my graduation, if you can believe that.
To: AmericanInTokyo
Believe it. And here's another point for freepers to ponder: Bush is the one allowing it and supporting it.
Makes you wonder who's really calling the shots in Washington.
