Singer Cee Lo Green just finished performing his hit song at President Obama’s campaign fundraiser at the Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta, Ga., and he started with the uncensored version. The Grammy-winner and Atlanta native flicked off the audience before asking, “Can I curse in here?” But he didn’t wait for the answer, belting out “f*** you!” Cee Lo ultimately switched to the censored “Forget You” lyrics. During a four-month period in 2006, Austin police officer Scott Lando hired for sex a woman he'd met while investigating a report that she was assaulted, sometimes meeting her while he was on duty and at least once taking her to his house, according to a search warrant affidavit. As part of her payment, Lando opened his wife's closet to the woman, allowing her to take a pair of black Harley-Davidson leather boots that were still in the box, jewel-studded jeans and a pink and yellow top, the affidavit said. Lando, 45, told the woman his wife "would never miss"...

Monday, May 10, 2004 Edwards slams abuse at Democrats' dinner By Gregory Korte The Cincinnati Enquirer COLUMBUS - The only way to send a message to the rest of the world that Americans emphatically reject the humiliating abuse of Iraqi prisoners is to elect John F. WHILE President Bush doesn't have much use for Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chretien, former President Bill Clinton plans to play golf with him in the Dominican Republic this week. Bush hasn't spoken to the appeasement-minded Canadian leader for two months, obviously annoyed that Chretien failed to join the coalition that liberated Iraq or to clamp down on Bush-bashing by members of Canada's ruling Liberal Party. On Sunday, Bush canceled his May 5 state visit to Ottawa, though he's had time to visit Tony Blair twice, to take a four-day Easter vacation, and to invite Australian Prime Minister John Howard to...
