BALTIMORE -- In the wake of lawmakers being shouted down by protesters, and in some cases violence, Maryland Sen. Ben Cardin will hold a town meeting Monday night on health care reform at Towson University. The event is scheduled for 7 p.m. in the Kaplan Concert Hall.
