BANGKOK, Thailand - A bomb believed planted by Muslim insurgents exploded Sunday at a noodle shop in southern Thailand, killing one person and injuring 59 others, officials said. Thailand's three southernmost provinces have been plagued for the past year by violence the authorities blame on a revived Muslim separatist movement.
