A federal judge handed the Obama Administration yet another loss yesterday in the congressional lawsuit to get the truth behind the Fast and Furious fiasco that permitted the illegal sales of guns in order to track the sellers and purchasers. Fast and Furious is yet another example of the Obama Administration’s many scandals stemming from unconstitutional and lawless Executive overreach. Yet this scandal cost lives, and the Obama Administration has been in cover-up mode for years to hide the truth about the reckless gunrunning Operation Fast and Furious. Now a federal court is forcing the Obama Administration to turn over...

BEGIN TRANSCRIPT RUSH: "A .50-caliber rifle found at Joaquin 'El Chapo' Guzman's hideout in Mexico was funneled through [Obama's] gun-smuggling operation known as Fast and Furious, sources confirmed Tuesday to Fox News. ... Former Attorney General Eric Holder was held in contempt after he refused to divulge documents for a congressional investigation into the matter," if you recall. "A .50-caliber is a massive rifle that can stop a car, or as it was intended, take down a helicopter." El Chapo was found to have one in his possession, and it was part of Obama's Fast and Furious operation. Now, for...

Hillary Clinton presented one set of Benghazi facts to her own family; another to the family of the victims and the American public. Within hours of the Sept. 11, 2012 terrorist attacks in Benghazi, Clinton emailed her daughter, Chelsea, that Americans had died at the hands of an al-Qaeda like group. Al-Qaeda is the Islamic extremist terrorist group that was led by Osama bin Laden. Clinton also informed Egypt’s prime minister and Libya’s president that the attacks were “preplanned” and “had nothing to do with” an anti-Islamic video posted on YouTube. Yet Clinton told the American public and families of...

Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) Special Agent John Dodson blew the whistle on the Department of Justice (DOJ) ill-fated “Fast and Furious” operation in an interview with me in 2011. Dodson explained that the U.S. government had been instructing federal agents like him to encourage gun dealers to sell thousands of assault rifles and other weapons to traffickers for Mexican drug cartels. ... Beyond Fast and Furious, similar “gunwalking” cases by the government were reported in numerous cities: Phoenix, Tucson and Houston to name a few. “Walked” guns were used by illegal Mexican bandits in an Arizona shootout that killed...

John Hawkins writes at Townhall: "Boehner Resigned? Good. Go Cry, Drink And Surrender Somewhere Else." Well, Boehner's resignation is far too late for me and especially far too late for the Fast and Furious investigation that he derailed because the FBI was blackmailing him. Long-time readers will recall that when the Issa committee got around to noticing the fact, uncovered by this blog and FOX News' William La Jeunesse, that the middle men who the ATF agents were forbidden by their superiors from following (the ones who actually transported the weapons across the border) were the Miramontes brothers who were...

One of the men charged in the murder of U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry pleaded guilty to one count of murder, Monday morning. Once a potential candidate for the death penalty after the murder of the agent, the drawn up plea deal now states that the U.S. and the defendant will ask for 360 months imprisonment, with credit for time served since his arrest in October 2012. The Justice Department indicted Rosario Rafael Burboa Alvarez last summer in connection with the killing. Alvarez was identified as the recruiter for the rip-off crew that ran into Terry's elite BORTAC unit...

On December 14, 2010, Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was shot dead by a group of suspected drug cartel along the Mexican border in Peck Canyon, northwest of Nogales, Arizona. The guns used to kill Brian Terry were traced back to Operation Fast and Furious. In September 2011 the Attorney General of Mexico confirmed 200 murders happened in Mexico as a direct result of Operation Fast and Furious. In May 2012 another murder connected to Operation Fast and Furious surfaced. According to a congressional report released, Mario González Rodríguez, brother of the state attorney general of Chihuahua at the time,...

KSCS announced Sunday that longtime Dallas radio personality Terry Dorsey died suddenly at his retirement home in Illinois. "Terry had not been feeling well these past few days, and it was rather sudden," wrote Mark "Hawkeye" Louis, who had co-hosted the popular morning show with Dorsey since 1988. "My heart is broken over the loss." John Morris, Dorsey's producer at KSCS for the past four years, said he got word of Dorsey's death late Sunday morning through the station's program director, and he was stunned by the news. "Our GM sent out an e-mail saying it was natural causes, but...

The unveiling of a new statue built to memorialize the murdered U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry on Saturday at the Homeland Security Department's Brian Terry Border Patrol Station in Bisbee, Arizona, received minimal news coverage by the nation's media except for the Fox News Channel, a news agency maligned and denigrated by President Barack Obama and his administration. In fact, no official from the Obama government attended the event and the sycophants in the legacy media made certain not to cover the story. In the battle at the Mexican-U.S. border, Obama and his minions seem to have chosen the...

I’ve been a reporter for 30 years at CBS News, PBS, CNN and in local news. My producers and I have probed countless political, corporate, charitable and financial stories ranging from Iraq contract waste and fraud under Bush to green energy waste under Obama to consumer stories relating to the drug industry. Some of these reports have been recognized for excellence in journalism—most recently, investigative Emmy nominations and awards for reporting on TARP, Benghazi, green energy spending, Fast and Furious and a group of stories including an undercover investigation into Republican fundraising. But the job of getting at the truth...

As a candidate on 2008 Obama claimed to support whistleblowers. His website claimed that whistleblowing events were "acts of courage and patriotism" that "should be encouraged rather than stifled as they have been during the Bush administration." If back then we had used our Obama Bullshit Decoder Ring and applied DrJohn's Law, we would have known how that was going to go. The Obama regime has conducted a war on whistleblowers like none in history. It's so aggressive that even Common Dreams says the Obama administration has reached "a new low." "The Sterling case...sends a clear message to people in...

Just as Second Amendment civil rights activists feared, federal government bureaucrats were supplying illegal firearms to Mexican drug cartels in the expectation that it would led to pressure for more regulation. If real estate mogul and deep-pocketed White House donor Terry Bean were a Republican, he'd be a household name by now. Bean's face would be splashed all over the covers of grocery-stand newsweeklies. The garrulous hostesses of ABC's "The View" would be haranguing the GOP to return his campaign contributions. Child-welfare advocates would be demanding his resignation from top political advocacy and civic groups. Media satellite trucks from NBC's "Today" show would be parked outside the Lane County, Ore., Circuit Court on Dec. 3 for his first appearance. And The New York Times archives would be teeming with thousand-word editorials...

After using executive privilege to withhold Fast and Furious records for two years, the Obama administration has quietly stopped exerting the power to hide information about the disastrous gun-running operation. Judicial Watch attorneys discovered the extraordinary about-face in recent exchanges with Department of Justice (DOJ). JW has been a leader in exposing the Fast and Furious scandal and has filed several Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuits against the federal agencies involved in the once-secret operation. Just last month JW obtained records showing that the president’s trusted senior advisor, Valerie Jarrett, was a key player in the Fast and Furious...
