Obama SBA Head Hasn't Heard Of ObamaCare Impacting Small BusinessPosted on November 21, 2012 **SNIP** "You know, I travel all around the country, every week I go to a different part of the country. I'm with small businesses. And I'm not hearing that," Mills said about the negative impact ObamaCare has on small business.

Small business owner Judy Nichols, a Papa John's franchise owner, told FOX and Friends today that she will be forced to cut her staffing or pay an Obamacare fine of $40,000 that she cannot afford. Nichols says, "Every restaurant you eat at is impacted negatively by the new health care law."

The owner of a specialty deli at Findlay Market wants her store’s name removed from an ad President Obama used to explain his record on small business. Ten seconds into the ad “Always,” an employee is shown from behind, pushing up the security door of Krause’s while Obama talks about owners sacrificing to make their businesses run. The owner of the store, Debra Krause-McDonnell, said she did not give permission for her business to be shown and that some customers have told her they’ll no longer shop there. She says she’s “contemplating legal action.”

Chrysler Group LLC confirmed today that its new small car, the first vehicle to feature Fiat SpA (F.MI) technology, will be called the Dodge Dart. Democrats were able to deliver President Barack Obama a significant legislative victory Thursday when the Senate voted to approve a long-stalled $30 billion small business tax package, in what is probably the last real economic stimulus measure before the midterm elections. With the help of Republicans George Voinovich of Ohio and George LeMieux of Florida, Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) was able to push through the legislation, 61-38 which includes a new Treasury-backed loan facility for small-business owners and major tax breaks for businesses over the next two years.
