SIX MILE, S.C. -- A Pickens County woman was ticketed over the weekend for riding a stolen horse down Main Street in Six Mile -- but police said the woman blamed the horse for the ticket. Tracy Nadine Ellenburg, 40, was given a ticket for disorderly conduct after a pedestrian flagged down an officer on Saturday and told them Ellenburg was riding down the center yellow line and was barely able to stay on the horse.
