I require some education about the US political system. Let us say that the Georgia electoral system is completely corrupt, which I know is a huge stretch at this point in time. (Sarc). If Kemp were to resign or get defeated in the next election and a new governor was elected and the Georgian residents didva cleaning of the legislation and put in honest politicians, (again sarc), can the new Governor and legislature recall it's Senators or is a state stuck with its choices until the next Senatorial and House elections?
