I require some education about the US political system. Let us say that the Georgia electoral system is completely corrupt, which I know is a huge stretch at this point in time. (Sarc).
If Kemp were to resign or get defeated in the next election and a new governor was elected and the Georgian residents didva cleaning of the legislation and put in honest politicians, (again sarc), can the new Governor and legislature recall it's Senators or is a state stuck with its choices until the next Senatorial and House elections?
No - federal office holders can’t be recalled.
I’d like very much not to be able to recall my senators.
Hey if liberals can cheat and steal a presidential election, anything goes.
only in arizona if senator agrees to it..

What about impeachment?
Normally, I wouldn’t either want to recall them. However, we are in a moment of lawlessness, where the Dems will pack the court, admit four new states that favour Democrats and push to lock conservatives out from representing themselves if they win Georgia.
We are seriously talking about the beginnings of Venezuela for America.
Impeachment without removal does stops politician from acting out his office.
Does not stop, I mean..
That depends on how senile the state is.
Unless the state’s own Constitution stipulates procedures for a recall, no.
Besides, it would be Congress impeaching and trying itself.

and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate.
This suggests that a state CAN consent to having a lesser number of Senators than the other states. That consent would be in the form of a recall.
Since the recall of a Senator by a state would be "consensual," it would not violate the Article V condition of "equal suffrage" in the Senate.

That’s definitely within the perimeters of the intent of the Founders, I believe.
They are “ambassadors” of the states...
Only in a Secession type scenario then???
In a word, no.
Not since the 17th Amendment was implemented. The senators use to be appointed by each state legislature.
In a word, no. The idea of the recall was part of the progressive movement in the early 20th century. It also included the referendum and the intuitive. Although adopted by many, but not all, states, they never made it into the U.S. Constitution or government.
A representative or Senator can be expelled by his/her own house, resign, die, or fail re-election. That’s the only way to remove them.
