The Supreme Court rejected a bid by New York gun retailers on Wednesday to block a slew of new gun control laws in the state, which they argued violate their Second Amendment rights and hurt their businesses. There were no noted dissents in the order or explanations from the justices for their decision. “We are disappointed that not one of the nine justices saw fit to grant the plaintiffs some stay of enforcement of the new laws against them,” Paloma Capanna, the lead attorney for the New York gun retailers, told Fox News Digital on Wednesday. “We are challenging the...

German police arrested Greta Thunberg during a protest against the expansion of a coal mine in the town of Lützerath on Tuesday. However, she was then stopped and carried by us with this group out of the immediate danger area to establish their identity,” local police said in a statement. Police said Thunberg and her fellow protesters would be released without being charged. Thousands...

(Tribune News Service) — A massive brawl broke out on a parade ground at Fort Gordon in Augusta one afternoon last fall, when about 70 teenage recruits of the Georgia National Guard’s Youth Challenge Academy slugged it out. Some used homemade weapons, including metal shanks, crudely sharpened toothbrushes and tube socks filled with metal padlocks. Overwhelmed, the academy’s staff — most former military drill instructors — called for help, summoning the military police to break it up and ambulances to treat the injured. Two boys were taken to the hospital, one with a concussion, the other with bruised ribs. Others...

I grew up in Minnesota when it was a very nice, normal place; a time when the unofficial state motto was “30 Below Keeps The Riff-Raff Out,” and the meanest thing about it was that lady who scowled at Mary Tyler Moore tossing her hat into the air on TV.But in a couple years, Christians will not be allowed to work as public school teachers. Neither will Muslims or Jews. The reason for this religious bigotry is new teacher licensing rules that will require teachers to personally affirm transgender ideology. Biology, genetics, endocrinology, physiology and anatomy have shown that, with...

A federal agency says a ban on gas stoves is on the table amid rising concern about harmful indoor air pollutants emitted by the appliances. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission plans to take action to address the pollution, which can cause health and respiratory problems. “This is a hidden hazard,” Richard Trumka Jr., an agency commissioner, said in an interview. “Any option is on the table. Products that can’t be made safe can be banned.” Natural gas stoves, which are used in about 40% of homes in the U.S., emit air pollutants such as nitrogen dioxide, carbon monoxide and...

If you watched Tucker Carlson’s show Wednesday night, you know that he enjoyed saying, “I told you so.” At the end of the hour, Tucker delivered a little update on the career of Adam Kinzinger. Kinzinger, the former congressman from Illinois, is now a senior political analyst for CNN. This is not a surprise. Kinzinger, despite cozying up to Democrats during the Trump years, including being chosen by Nancy Pelosi as a member of the hyper-partisan January 6 committee, was redistricted out of his congressional seat. Going to CNN as a contributor was Tucker’s prediction for Kinzinger in December. Kinzinger...

Greedy Democrats are spending money they do not have on the backs of the American taxpayers, who they treat like they are drunks in the middle of the night at an ATM machine.Shocking evidence has emerged from their insane, self-glorifying massive $1.7 trillion spending package of a suspicious provision that involves radical Marxist Michelle Obama, who is married to another radical Marxist, former POTUS Barack Obama.“In the legislation lies $3.6 million to fund the Michelle Obama Trail—PATH Trail Project,” Carmine Sabia reported for Conservative Brief, adding a slam by Freedom House Caucus member:“The Democrats’ reckless omnibus bill spends YOUR money...

I have been watching the TV series The Chosen, and it’s a remarkable experience to see such a depiction of Jesus’ life through the eyes of the people who knew Him. One episode that is particularly close to my heart is entitled Jesus Loves The Little Children. The Master is teaching and playing with a group of children who discover His camp outside of town. Jonathan Roumie, the actor portraying Jesus, did a wonderful job with the children. The episode reminded me strongly of one of my favorite stories in the Bible, Mark 10:13-16, where Jesus asks for the children:People were...

Look, I don’t know what Donald Trump is trying to accomplish with his “Trump Digital Trading Cards,” but I do know P.T. Barnum ain’t got nothin’ on The Donald. I mean we’re talking MyPillow dude Mike Lindell-quality stuff, here. Here’s something else I know: Whatever Trump was thinking was wrong. Way wrong. As my colleague Bonchie reported earlier, Trump on Wednesday teased a coming “major announcement” on Thursday morning. His major announcement, he said, would come because “America needs a superhero.” On Thursday, that announcement came: Trump Digital Trading Cards. No, really.Ah, but hold on here a minute, some of you ask,...

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Biden administration is still actively searching for ways to safeguard abortion access for millions of women, even as it bumps up against a complex web of strict new state laws enacted in the months after the Supreme Court stripped the constitutional right. Looking to seize on momentum following a midterm election where voters widely rebuked tougher abortion restrictions, there’s a renewed push at the White House to find ways to help women in states that have virtually outlawed or limited the treatment, and to keep the issue top of mind for voters. In reality, though, the...

English is a glorious language that has developed over a thousand years, borrowing from every other tongue as it goes, and developing strict rules to maintain maximum coherence. It is spoken around the world and is, therefore, the language of money and power. But to a White, middle-aged leftist English teacher, the English language she’s responsible for teaching to all students, regardless of race, color, creed, etc., is nothing more than an ugly White supremacist means of controlling people. More than any language in the world, English is a portmanteau language—that is, it has cheerfully borrowed from every language with...

A scientist who worked for several years at the Wuhan Institute of Virology Lab in China has released a bombshell new book claiming that the COVID virus is man-made and that the subsequent cover-up by Dr. Anthony Fauci et al. was the “biggest US intelligence failure since 9/11.”In his new book, The Truth About Wuhan (published by Simon and Schuster), former vice president of EcoHealth Alliance Dr. Andrew Huff asserts that the pandemic was caused by the U.S. government’s funding of dangerous coronavirus engineering in the People’s Republic of China. Data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) showed that vaccinated and boosted people made up most of the COVID-19 deaths in August. Of the total 6,512 deaths recorded in August 2022, 58.6 percent of the deaths were attributed to vaccinated or boosted people, and seem to be a sign of a growing trend where vaccinated individuals are increasingly becoming the majority in COVID-19 mortalities. In January 2022, COVID-19 mortalities in the vaccinated was still the minority with 41 percent of the data related to vaccinated or boosted individuals. However, analysis of the CDC data from June and July showed...

It has long been speculated that Gavin Newsom, an ultra-progressive politician who survived a recall effort in his state after dissatisfaction with his COVID-19 policies, was eyeing a run for the White House. In fact, he’s even gone so far as to run negative ads and put up billboards criticizing Ron DeSantis in a bid to separate himself from the popular Florida governor. It appears, though, that Newsom has decided to forgo a run for President in 2024 – at least if Joe Biden is running. This comes via a piece at POLITICO this morning.Gov. Gavin Newsom has won three elections in...
