A Delray Beach man was arrested Wednesday after police say they found him aimlessly firing a gun in front of his home. Officers responded at about 6:30 p.m. to Brian Garrahan's residence in the 900 block of Northwest Second Street, a neighborhood of single-family homes north of Atlantic Avenue and east of Pompey Park.
