As heard on the hourly update from 1450 WSRQ in Sarasota, FL... The Lakewood Ranch Neighborhood Association encourages it's residents to put up "holiday" displays that are not offensive to others. They have banned the display of religious, human or mythical characters and only wish that lights are displayed. Holly Wells, the President of the neighborhood association, states that she wants "tasteful" displays which are not offensive to other's beliefs.
