Very well-received speech, full of people's life stories, attacks Obama's outsourcing and cronyism, and powerfully attacks Obama's remarks yesterday, really belittling him. Big applause when he said "Yes, roads, bridges, infrastructure are important . . . BUT WE PAID FOR THOSE THINGS!" Said Obama has insulted ever innovator and entrepreneur in America. Enthusiastic crowd with someone in the back yelling "Give 'em Hell, Mitt!" He did. Video here: http://www.c-span.org/Events/Mitt-Romney-Meets-with-Voters-in-Pennsylvania/10737432378/

Christian Quarterback's Stats Evoke Bible Verse DENVER - Denver Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow has accidentally, but perhaps providentially, made John 3:16 the most searched item on Google. Not only did Tebow -- the outspoken son of Christian missionaries -- produce an upset victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers with his touchdown pass in overtime, but that pass left him with 316 yards. He averaged 31.6 yards per toss, and CBS's TV rating peaked at 31.6 during the game. All those 3-16s had flocks of fans searching the Internet, where they found the Bible verse where Jesus says: "For God so loved...

Samuel Joseph Wurzelbacher — better known as Joe the Plumber — headlined a raucous rally against pro-union legislation Monday night where critics and supporters of the Employee Free Choice Act jeered one another. Two Green Tree police officers broke up several arguments to prevent fights in the midst of a crowd of about 150 packed inside a Radisson ballroom. The crowd was divided

SAN JUAN, P. R., Jan. 1--Roberto Clemente, star outfielder for the Pittsburgh Pirates, died late last night in the crash of a cargo plane carrying relief supplies to the victims of the earthquake in Managua. Three days of national mourning for Mr. Clemente were proclaimed in his native Puerto Rico, where he was the most popular sports figure in the island's history. He is a certainty to be enshrined in Baseball's Hall of Fame. He was only the 11th man in baseball history to get 3,000 hits, and his lifetime batting average of .317 was the highest among active players.
