Trump, the billionaire real estate magnate and frequent tweeter, is known on the campaign trail for spouting off inflammatory comments on social media, often aimed at his opponent Bush. Monday night, however, he opted for a simpler approach: retweeting a photo of what appears to be a pensive-looking Bush sticking his finger up his nose.
