We are not even close to paying the bill for those roads, according to Roxana Sibrian of the Harris County Toll Road Authority. In a statement emailed to KHOU, the authority says it will be paying off construction debt until...

I notice that there is a big fight in the Kenneday family about who will get " Teddy's" Senate, when he is called to the big trough in the sky. Can anyone tell me the section of the Constitution that allows family members to automaticlly take a Senate seat if an elected member dies during a term? Also what would make Caroline Kenneday think she has any special talants that would make her a good Senator to take Hillary's seat??
