- A teacher accused of having sex with one of her 14-year-old students will be in court to enter her plea Tuesday. Rosanna Brown taught at Ed Pastor Elementary in Phoenix. On January 31, Sheriff's deputies say Brown lured the 14-year-old boy to a hotel for sex. Deputies say Brown sent the boy text messages saying she was a young girl.
