Columbus police have a break in the Highway Shootings case. The task force investigating the I-270 shooting case is asking for the public’s immediate assistance in locating Charles A. McCoy Jr. Police describe McCoy as a white man, age 28, 5’7”, 185 pounds, brown hair, and green eyes. The investigation conducted has identified McCoy as a suspect in these cases. McCoy should be considered armed and dangerous. McCoy drives a dark-green 1999 Geo Metro, 4-door, with a black hood, bearing Ohio passenger tag CGV7387.
