On today’s Morning Joe, Joe Scarborough said that “extreme vetting” would not have stopped yesterday’s terror attack by Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov. Julie Pace of the Associated Press then upped the ante, saying: “there may not be anything you can do to prevent what we saw last night.” Wait a second: Scarborough said that extreme vetting wouldn’t work.
