Lately my Facebook page has been flooded with these ads announcing that seniors can get concealed carry permits on-line, with no safety course, range time/competency, etc. They want to charge $95, presumably to process the application and mail you the permit. The particular ad I looked at made me suspicious, so I closed the page and searched for "KY (my state) concealed carry permit." There was n mention of any change in the laws benefiting seniors.
