Well, FReepers, THE BALLAD OF MIKE MORAN is becoming a reality. For those just tuning in, I wrote a song for fireman Mike Moran after hearing his "Osama bin Laden, you can kiss my royal Irish ass" at the VH1 concert. The trip to NY was exhausting. We began some work for one of the major owners of NY real estate and had appointments with some major players. The highlight of the trip, however, was finally meeting some of the great NY FReepers and the fireman who became an instant celebrity on worldwide television by telling Osama bin Laden to kiss his royal Irish ass. Battalion Commander John Moran. I was pleased to have a conversation yesterday with Kim Moran, widow of FReeper and Battalion Commander John Moran who died at 49 in the collapese of the World Trade Center. John was known here under the name BCM. She wanted me to say hello to everyone and thank you for all the support and encouragement she has received. She still lurks here.
