A WTHR-TV Indianapolis investigative report exposes a fraudulent scheme wherein the IRS is sending $4.2 billion per year to illegal immigrants as an "additional child tax credit" for children who don't even live in the U.S. Further, the IRS and Congress have been ignoring the scheme for years. The Inspector General's office has repeatedly identified the problem in audit after audit. The IG, Russell George says, "The magnitude of the problem has grown exponentially," but the IRS is doing nothing to stop it. "It's so easy it's ridiculous," the tax preparer whistleblower who exposed the fraud admits. Names are simply...

"Most of the guns used to commit violence here in Mexico come from the United States," President Obama said during a speech at Mexico's Anthropology Museum. "I think many of you know that in America, our Constitution guarantees our individual right to bear arms. And as president, I swore an oath to uphold that right, and I always will.""But at the same time, as I’ve said in the United States, I will continue to do everything in my power to pass common-sense reforms that keep guns out of the hands of criminals and dangerous people. That can save lives here...

Ambassador Eduardo Medina Mora said Thursday that the mass shooting of school children in Newtown, Connecticut, last month had raised outrage to the point where previously unfeasible legal changes may be possible. .... Mexico says U.S. guns, particularly assault weapons, help fuel drug cartel-related violence south of the border. Medina Mora says he hopes the Newtown shooting will, in his words, "catalyze the necessary societal support for a change in the regulations that will be more favourable to the interests of our country."

Illegal immigrant students and members of the House sued the Senate this week to try to overturn the upper chamber’s filibuster rule, arguing that the 60-vote supermajority requirement violates the Constitution and is blocking important legislation such as legalization for illegal immigrants. If successful, the lawsuit, filed Monday, would rewrite the way the Senate operates — though courts generally have been reluctant to meddle in internal congressional rules.

Associated Press CHICAGO (AP) — The leaders of a powerful Mexican cartel, frustrated that U.S. law enforcement was interfering with their lucrative drug business, plotted a military-style attack on a U.S. or Mexican government building to "send the gringos a message," federal prosecutors allege in documents filed this week. Leaders of the Sinaloa cartel sought dozens of American-made weapons for an attack in Mexico City on possible targets that included government buildings, an embassy or consulate or media outlet, according to documents in the case against Vicente Zambada, an alleged top lieutenant in the cartel. Zambada is in jail in...

Should public school officials have the right to prevent students from wearing pro-American garb on Cinco de Mayo? This question has been at the heart of a California court battle between the Morgan Hill Unified School District and students who were told by a principal and assistant principal that they could not wear American flag t-shirts on the Mexican holiday back in 2010. Following the incident, a lawsuit against the district was launched by the students and their families. This week, the case came to a close, with a federal judge ruling against the students — a blow that is...

WASHINGTON -- A group of Mexican senators announced Tuesday they are preparing to meet with state legislators in Georgia and four other states next month, hoping to head off more stringent immigration laws like the one Georgia enacted this year. The senators plan to share information with state lawmakers that shows illegal immigrants generally stay out of trouble and contribute to the economy while they are here. Sen. Carlos Jimenez Macias, a member of the Mexican Senate’s Foreign Relations Committee, confirmed those plans Tuesday at a workshop on immigration reform in D.C. at the German Marshall Fund, a nonpartisan public policy...

President Felipe Calderon on Monday accused U.S. authorities of deporting Mexican criminals to save on judicial costs, a policy that ostensibly "exacerbates" violence. Within the framework of the inauguration of National Immigration Week 2011 in this capital, Calderon said that, for example, U.S. authorities "are deporting up to 80,000 people in a year" into the border cities of Reynosa and Ciudad Juarez. Some of these deported people "are migrants, certainly, probably all of them," although some were "already involved in criminal acts" in the United States. "In the face of the dilemma of pursuing the legal process in the American...

Spokeswoman for Nevada’s Joint Information Center, Lesley Henrie has just confirmed that Eduardo Sencion, 32, the man who on Tuesday, killed five people, including himself yesterday in a shooting spree at a Carson City IHOP is a Mexican national in the country on a valid passport. Sencion reportedly opened fire outside the restaurant, then walked inside and continued to shoot. Three of those killed were members of the Nevada National Guard, and there is a great deal of speculation on whether or not they were targeted because they were in their uniforms. There was also a 67-year-old woman killed in...

Phoenix-based Nuestros Reconquistos claims that there will be a war very similar to the Civil War fought in the next five years. “La Raza and MEChA have already talked to Latinos and Phoenix and explained that Latinos need to arm themselves for war,” says Nuestros Reconquistos President Manuel Longoria. Cecilia Maldonado of Chicanos Unidos Arizona isn’t hoping for any sort of war, but believes it may be unavoidable. “For generations, our people have prepared us to take back the lands of the Southwest that were stolen from our Mexican ancestors. Because of the bad economy and many racist laws, Latinos...

The Obama administration announced recently that it intends to sue Arizona in order to temporarily block implementation of SB 1070 until Congress passes its own version of comprehensive immigration reform. The state law in question was passed in order to discourage illegal immigration into the Grand Canyon State and to strictly enforce existing federal law regarding the immigration status of millions currently present in the United States. The zeal demonstrated by the Obama White House in taking all available means (lawful and otherwise) to prevent Arizona from asserting its constitutionally-protected right to be protected from invasion is matched only by...

Does the crowd in this short video clip remind you of a Third World mob? An election in a banana republic? Perhaps a staged assembly of the rabble and social scum that even Dr. Marx referred to with utter contempt as Lumpengesindel? Well, this mob is demonstrating against Arizona SB 1070 which PERFECTLY mirrors the federal law that Obama and his open-borders colleagues adamantly REFUSE to enforce. The citizens of Arizona are utterly overwhelmed by the illegal tsunami which is indeed turning their state into a Third World enclave. Taxes are soaring for bankrupt public school districts, insolvent hospitals, social...

I'm certain that by now, you have seen and heard just about everything regarding the illegal overthrow of our country and the people that built and support it. Please add this slice of information to your collection. This is truly unbelievable, yet somehow not surprising. This type of thinking is the result of people haven been given too much for doing too little. As this criminal administration continues to perpetrate a lie that it represents the people, a continued solid flow of illegals will go unabated until by shear numbers force all others out. I am reminded of Charles Manson's...
