I have sat here listening to the remarks made by Representative Jim McDermott and a couple of things jump out at me. First, I find it hard to believe one of our elected officials is so callous to the people he is supposed to be representing. It makes me want to ask him what makes him so special. Second, the words and phrases he t uses to describe the work being done by conservative groups is condescending and insulting.
