According to a Colorado Bureau of Investigations report obtained by Media Trackers, State Representative Rhonda Fields (D-Aurora) was arrested in 1976 on a charge of larceny and again in 1991 on a charge of shoplifting. ERIE, Colo. (CBS4) – A Colorado company is threatening to leave the state if a bill to ban high-capacity ammunition magazines becomes law. CBS4 Investigator Rick Sallinger toured the company in Erie.
