    While US public has heavily turned against the Iraq war, the protest site near President George W. Bush's Texas ranch had just one permanent demonstrator Wednesday -- two if you count the dog. "She's full time, and I'm full time," Carl Rising-Moore, 61, said cheerfully of "Sunny," a frisky stray dog bounding around the arid grounds of the camp that anti-war mom Cindy Sheehan set up in tribute to her slain Iraq soldier son. Rising-Moore, a Canadian-born naturalized US citizen, said he runs workshops on how to hold non-violent protests and that the goal is to "create a movement here"...
