A Butler County judge today sentenced a teenager to 28 years for raping his neighbor. A judge found Alex Ramirez guilty after the teen pleaded "no contest" to the charges against him. Ramirez was 14 years old when he broke into a Liberty Township woman's home this past January and raped the 64 year old victim. The woman said Ramirez had a gun and after the brutal sexual assault, he forced her to drive him to the ATM to withdraw cash.
