    SANTA ANA, Calif. - A former U.S. Marine whose DNA ties him to a 1976 homicide near a California military base was arrested last month in Louisiana after he was tracked down through genealogy websites, authorities said. Eddie Lee Anderson, 66, was arrested May 24 at his home in River Ridge, a suburb of New Orleans. According to Orange County Sheriff’s Department officials, he remains jailed in Plaquemines Parish on suspicion of murder in the May 17, 1976, slaying of Leslie Penrod Harris.
