Airport officials say around 7:30 a.m. a 17-year-old girl breached the fence of the airport and then entered a King Air 200 propeller driven aircraft and started the engine. After starting the engine the aircraft began to move and pivot and eventually crashed into a building and fence, airport officials said in a release. Once officers arrived on scene they located the female sitting in the pilot’s seat and wearing the pilot headset. Officials say she appeared to be disoriented and was uncooperative when being taken into custody.
