Full title : 60 Minutes claims 74% of “extremist-related killings” in US in last 10 years by “right-wing extremists,” not jihadis This is a completely false statistic, designed to foster ignorance and complacency about the nature and magnitude of the jihad threat. And the establishment media repeats it, or variations of it, relentlessly. Here is why it is false: 1. It misleads immediately by covering only the last ten years. Why that period? What changed between 2006 and 2007? Why not go back 20 years? Because then the survey period would include 9/11, and would show Islamic jihad terrorists killing...

With the Caliphate collapsing, there's a roundup of some of the numbers, real and estimated, for foreign ISIS fighters. The report asserts that for the United States, 129 fighters succeeded in leaving the country and only seven have returned. Of the 5,000 residents of the European Union who flocked to Iraq and Syria, a quarter are alleged to have returned home. But in the U.K., that figure was closer to half, with some 425 of the 850 fighters who left Britain to join the self-styled caliphate back on home soil. Around 5,000 left from Central Asia, of which just 500...

PARIS — French authorities opened a terror investigation Tuesday after police shot and wounded a hammer-wielding man who yelled "This is for Syria!" as he attacked a Parisian police officer outside the historic Notre Dame Cathedral. Some 600 people were inside the famous 12th century church while the drama was happening outside and within minutes one of Paris' most visited tourist destinations was swarming with heavily armed police officers. And as police cornered the alleged attacker, the visitors trapped inside the sanctuary were ordered to put their hands up as investigators searched for any possible accomplices. The suspect is believed...

Most counterterrorism operations take place below the radar. Across the western world, terror cells are busted up and networks disrupted as raids lead to arrests. They are rarely publicized beyond terse statements to the media giving the bare bones outline of the operation. But on Friday, British counterterrorism units broke up two terrorist plots on the same day, highlighting the constant struggle of officials to keep their citizens safe. And one UK official made the extraordinary statement that raids were being conducted "almost daily" and that authorities believed there were between 6-10,000 potential terrorists in the country. Breitbart: "I...

Juxtaposition. The way to analyze the situation is to look at the factions comparatively. You do not compare Assad’s regime to the Danish or Norwegian governments, but to the alternative. The question becomes if there is anything in the left column that is worse than the right column?

The signs of jihadi indoctrination include suddenly quitting smoking, drinking, consuming pork; spending a lot of time in chat rooms; a sudden interest in learning about Islam or Arabic; a change in friendships; spending a large amount of time at a mosque or Islamic cultural center; judging others' behavior as not sanctioned by Allah; a change from Western clothing styles; and no longer listening to music or watching television. Parents should heed these red flags and speak frankly to their children about all types of influences and outside dangers. As indoctrination progresses, it penetrates the psyche so deeply that once...

The head of counterterrorism for the Netherlands has said that children of radicalized Dutch jihadis pose a serious threat for national security. Intelligence services are monitoring more than 80 children of Dutch jihadists who are currently growing up in Islamic State territory and will likely return to the Netherlands, said counterterrorism and security director Dick Schoof on Wednesday. About half of the children were born abroad but are still Dutch citizens. Schoof’s comments preceded the release of a Dutch intelligence report Wednesday from the General Intelligence and Security Service (AIVD). The report focused on the return of jihadists from the...

Geneva (AFP) - The woman's shadowed eyes stare out from a black niqab with the poster's tagline urging Swiss voters to reject "uncontrolled naturalisation." But critics of the campaign image distributed across the country ahead of Sunday's referendum say the poster is really just a brazen appeal to those worried about more Muslims becoming Swiss. "That is exactly what they are trying to (do)", said Pius Walker, who heads the Zurich-based advertising agency Walker AG. "It is a very, very frightening thing that is going on here." The issue in Sunday's vote, the latest in Switzerland's direct democracy system, is...

Trump’s executive order slowing down the admission of people from seven Muslim majority nations drew the expected hysterical and hypocritical criticism from the Democrats. But Republican Senators John McCain and Lindsey Graham piled on as well. It’s no secret that neither pol likes Donald Trump, and both are no doubt still angry that Trump crashed their Party. But some of their criticism recycled preposterous received wisdom we’ve been hearing for decades. “We fear this executive order will become a self-inflicted wound in the fight against terrorism,” the Senators said in a joint statement, explaining that Trump's executive order “may do...

WASHINGTON — The executive director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) said Wednesday that refusing to accept Muslim refugees is the moral equivalent of slavery. CAIR held a press conference in anticipation of executive orders from President Donald Trump to limit refugee entry from several Muslim-majority countries, block federal funds from sanctuary cities and start construction of a wall on America’s southern border.

Anis Amri, the current Islamic refugee suspect in the Christmas Market massacre in Germany, is about as extreme a test case in what you can do and have on your record without being deported as you can imagine. Anis Amri settled in Italy after leaving his hometown of Tataouine, Tunisia seven years ago to travel to Europe as an illegal immigrant, his father claimed in a radio interview. Which would mean that he actually showed up in Europe as a teenager. Illegally, obviously. And then proceeded to punish Europe for letting him hang around.

The Obama Administration has agreed to admit nearly 2500 refugees that the Australian government has refused to allow into their country for "security reasons." The refugees are from terrorism "hot spots" and have been excluded for failing to clear the country's vetting process. Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R-Va) have complained about the lack of transparency in the President's actions. "In a matter having obvious security implications the President is obliged to consult Congress before agreeing to bring potentially dangerous individuals into the United States," Grassley contended. "The fact that these men were not deemed a good...

As the noose tightens around ISIS stronghold of Mosul, concerns have grown about American Jihadists returning home to the US. Recent articles in Newsweek and on Fox News have highlighted the danger of these American natives returning to the US under new names with new passports and with fighting skills and experience that will...

Gun owners must take better care of their firearms to stop them falling into the hands of jihadists plotting a massacre, police have said, as they disclosed 800 lawfully-held weapons go missing each year. The threat of terrorists getting guns for a marauding Paris-style assault has meant the need to rid the streets of weapons has “never been a more significant priority”, senior officers said. The difficulty of finding guns in the UK has given police a “massive advantage” in stopping atrocities such as those seen in France, but there are concerns firearms are still available to potential terrorists, some...

Al-Qaeda used a 9/11 video message to call on the black community in America to convert to Islam, citing their history of oppression at the hands of the white majority. Al-Qaeda chief Ayman al-Zawahiri said in the film: “We inform every weakened [person] in the world: America is the source of calamity and the head of evil in this world, and it is the thief of nations’ ailment, and it is the one who humiliates the Africans [i.e. African Americans] until this day, and no matter how much they try to reform and obtain their rights according to the law...
