In a surprising move, a federal judge ruled Tuesday that the city of Chicago was within its authority when it approved the Obama Foundation’s plan to construct the Obama Presidential Center in Jackson Park. Michael Jackson's music appears to have been dropped from BBC Radio 2's playlists following new child sex abuse claims. The decision is reported to have been made last week ahead of Channel 4 News's documentary about the star's alleged crimes, Leaving Neverland, which will be broadcast this week. JACKSON TOWNSHIP, NJ-It took Jackson police officers and first responders two shots of narcan to bring a 49 year old overdose victim back from the brink of death on Friday. After being revived and spending a short visit in the hospital, the man called Jackson Police headquarters and wanted to know where all of his coke and heroin went. Police did not charge the man, but seized his stash of drugs as evidence. Apparently he wasn’t happy about it.

A City Council committee took the first step Thursday toward approving legislation that outlines how the Obama Foundation can use Jackson Park and the Obama Presidential Center once it is built.
