"Clean Air Act" causes more problems than it solves. Keep congressional scum out of the economy!

I was deeply saddened by Toomey's heartbreakingly close loss to Arlen "Yay Abortion!" Specter. If you still want to send a message to Specter and the RINOs, consider voting for Jim Clymer, the Constitution Party candidate, who is 100% pro-life, pro-gun, and anti-tax. He needs help getting on the ballot, though-26,000 signatures before early August. If you would like to help him, please email me at epeemon@hotmail.com or visit his website and sign up. Don't worry about throwing the election to Hoeffel-the latest polling I've seen has Specter up by 20 points because he's convinced so many Democrats he's one...

Isn't it interesting how so many people (usually people who were dumbed-down in socialistic public schools) claim that the concept of world govt is "all made up", "make believe", "wild tin-foil conspiracy theory"? I suppose all of the people listed below, the books and articles they wrote, and the newspaper /tv interviews are 'made up and make believe'? lol. The New World Order - Chronology Pt. 2 D. L. Cuddy, Ph.D. Arranged and Edited by John Loeffler March 1,1962 -- Sen. Clark speaking on the floor of the Senate about PL 87-297 which calls for the disbanding of all armed...

If John Kerry Was President by John Notgrass In the 2004 election, American voters face a scary situation. Just think what might happen if John Kerry is elected President... * If John Kerry was President, he might allow abortion to continue with government endorsement and funding. * If John Kerry was President, he might appoint pro-sodomy and pro-abortion people to high government positions. * If John Kerry was President, he might corrupt American schools by sending them more Federal funds and regulations. * If John Kerry was President, he might station your sons and daughters around the world to fight...

"2. Breathe New Life Into the Takings Clause" "The Fifth Amendment's Takings Clause reads: "nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation." As presently interpreted by the Court, that clause enables owners to receive compensation when their entire estate is taken by a government agency and title transfers to the government; when their property is physically invaded by government order, either permanently or temporarily;(2) when regulation for other than health or safety reasons takes all or nearly all of the value of the property;(3) and when government attaches unreasonable or disproportionate permit conditions on use.(4)" "Although...

Dreier sits in catbird seat for primary Consensus is 12-term congressman will be hard to beat By Gary Scott , Staff Writer In the physics of politics, Rep. David Dreier is the immovable object. With $2.8 million in his campaign coffers, a Republican-dominated district, and a foot in both the White House and the California governor's mansion, the only person that appears able to take Dreier out of office is Dreier. "I guess it is safe to say I am confident,' said Dreier, who faces a primary challenge in Tuesday's election. The 12-term congressman has hardly had to mount...

There seems to be a disagreement, regarding just what exactly limited government is. The recent expansion under the current administration has not helped. I just want to make sure that we are all on the same sheet of music. Below is my understanding of what would need to happen, for our government to be limited. If there is anything wrong with this, please let me know. Disassociate our federal government from all boards, commissions and committees. Eliminate the following departments of the federal government: - Department of Agriculture - Department of Commerce - Department of Education - Department of Energy...

Financial Freedom is a Cornerstone to all other Freedoms Others say "it’s the economy stupid" Many citizens have been "Free Traded" out of a job, and the American public has been hoodwinked into swallowing "Free Trade" hook line and sinker. The "Cash Cow" of tax revenue is citizens working for business and making an ever higher Standard of Living. Ask yourself which party is the friend of working citizens. I give up I don't know. Ask the candidates and ask them if they support foreign workers taking your job and the economic rug being pulled from out from under your...

The State continually fails and destroys, yet it persists. You say, “Of course it persists – it has the guns.” True, but it’s not like we’re standing around with our hands up, nor is that what the State wants us to do. Its destructive interventions notwithstanding, it wants us to create as much wealth as possible so it will have an ample source of plunder. How it goes about the plundering process is critical to its success. The golden rule is: the victims must approve of it. Let’s look at how this works with its two greatest sources of loot,...

-You believe John Ashcroft poses a greater danger to America than Osama bin Laden -You think President Bush lied to the nation but his predecessor did not. -You believe President Bush is too dumb to be President and Arnold Schwarzenegger is too dumb to be Governor of California, but the Dixie Chicks, Martin Sheen, Alec Baldwin, Barbra Streisand, Eddie Vedder and Jeanine Garofalo are qualified to discourse at length on foreign policy. -You believe all conservatives are racist, but do not think minorities can ever succeed without Affirmative Action. -You can't decide which is worse: the Patriot Act or the...

In her book Hillary is again painted as the victim of her 'husband'. I think this proves she is running for President in 2004 and she will file for divorce before the end of the year to cement her role as victim. Not sure? If she waits for 2008 she will have to win her senate seat in 2006 and immediately begin her presidential race. I see her losing to Giuliani if she runs for the senate in 2006.

Here is an unbelievable posting from a German on a bulletin board system that I read as part of my industry. Since it is bad enough for him to interrupt a business bulletin board with such stupidity, I felt I had to share this. ===================================================== FROM joernlucht@gmx.net Dear MIM listers, Today I have had a conversation with a Danish client who stated that George W. Bush is the most dangerous man since Adolf Hitler! Me, being a German who is very well aware of European History, feel that I have to make a few comments (not to change anything but...

So since we all know what's going to happen with Iraq, where do we go from here? There's a lot of people that would appreciate the sweet freedom of democracy, but who gets priority? I say that it comes down to a choice between North Korea, Sadui Arabia, and Iran. Since we are going to have all those troops already in the Persian Gulf region, I think Iran would be best. they lack democracy, have weapons, harbor terrorists, and happen to have a strategicly important location for moving oil from the Capian Sea (as well as lots of oil in...

A new non-profit organization, Friends For America, is organizing to educate the public on the need to return power to States by returning to the election of US Senators by State legislatures. Friends For America is looking for volunteers in each State to help with organizing state and local chapters. These chapters will then work to educate citizens on 17th Amendment issues. For more information, go to friendsforamerica.org or friendsforamerica.com and volunteer to participate in this new movement. Friends For America's message is simple and powerful. The Founding Fathers placed the power to select US Senators in the hands of...

Liberals always like to pretend that they’re more sophisticated than, in their words, coarse conservatives. They like fine wine. Speak French. And listen to Nora Jones jazz records. They think conservatives only drink cheap beer; that the closest Republicans come to speaking Francais is belching. And that the conservatives’ idea of good music is Merle Haggard with the volume way, way up. But I know of a gaggle of liberals who are nothing more than bumpkin bureaucrats. They are not as sophistique, to quote the French, as they imagine. I’m talking about the Illinois Board of Higher Education. This government...

The ENEMY forged the stolen steel Delighted at the pain we would soon feel A hot branding iron to burn a 9 and 11 In the hearts of all righteous under Heaven The demons smiled and admired their work Then dedicated it with an unholy curse The plans were laid well, the deceptions intact With stooges called "martyrs" they began the attack They boarded the planes with thin, tight-lipped smiles Politely nodding to each small child - In a short time they’d know TERROR too real When their KILLERS captured the pilot’s wheel May the TWIN TOWERS of bright beacon...

Click here to download the California Republican Liberty Caucus' tri-fold pamphlet on the governor's race! A few issues, regarding the legalization of drugs that are currently illegal: 1) I have observed that many who object to the legalization of narcotics assume that legalization of private possession and use of narcotics also implies the legalization of criminal activities done under the influence of drugs. I do not understand this leap. In what way does not arresting people who use drugs in the privacy of their home imply that a police officer will just wave to a passing crack head, as he drives by at 80 miles per hour, smoking a crack pipe. 2) I have also...

Outside view: What is the Constitution? By Sheldon RichmanA UPI Outside view commentary From the Washington Politics & Policy Desk Published 8/17/2002 12:46 PM FAIRFAX, Va., Aug. 13 (UPI) -- Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia is a smart man and an excellent writer. He is also a living example of how bad political and philosophical premises can put great talent in the service of a dangerous cause. In November, while speaking at the University of Missouri, Scalia was asked what he thought about proposals to impose a national ID card on the American people. Scalia said he personally opposed the...
