In the competition of ideas, you can't win the game if you're not on the playing field. That's why Silicon Valley bigwigs' stubborn refusal to put business above their own personal partisan biases doesn't just rankle. It reeks. Equal access to social media is not just about sharing food pics, pet videos, makeup tutorials and travelogues. It's about ensuring the ability to disseminate and distribute political speech on the world's biggest platforms. Although I started in the metro newspaper industry in 1992, my years as an independent conservative blogger and internet entrepreneur have been the most journalistically enriching. I launched...

More Google employees are blowing the whistle about intimidation, discrimination, and dogma at the company following the firing of viewpoint diversity advocate James Damore. Breitbart News’ interview series, Rebels of Google, has revealed an atmosphere of profound fear at the company, in which employees who challenge Google’s hyper-progressive narratives face bullying and ostracization from co-workers, and frequently find themselves added to blacklists aimed at destroying peoples’ careers both inside and outside Google. Our last interviewee even described an incident in which someone was punched for expressing a contrary viewpoint. In our latest interview, current Google employee (alias “Gordon”) reveals more...

Evangelical leaders have responded to the New York Times' claim that the Trump administration is undermining its own priority of protecting religious freedom by emphasizing the policy priorities of evangelical Christians. On Saturday, The New York Times editorial board published an opinion piece titled "A Too-Narrow Vision of Religious Freedom." The piece essentially argues that although "the Trump administration embraces a laudable desire to expand religious tolerance" across the globe, it is the administration's "own intolerance toward some" that "undermines the message." For examples of intolerance, NYT mentions "Trump's disgraceful attempts to ban Muslims from some countries from entering the...

Somerville Mayor Joe Curtatone is vowing to boycott Samuel Adams beer for the rest of his life because company co-founder Jim Koch touted the Trump tax cuts during a meeting with the president last week. "I will never drink Sam Adam's beer again!" "We need to hold these complicit profiteers of Trump's white nationalist agenda accountable!"

A mob of masked criminals attacked the Asher Caffe & Lounge on 945 S. Boyle Ave. in the Boyle Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles—throwing feces and screaming at patrons and employees of the Jewish-owned business. The grievances of the attackers included a charge that the owner is a Trump supporter and that he is gentrifying the neighborhood against the wishes of its inhabitants. The group of attackers calls itself “Defend Boyle Heights.” A masked spokesman who refused to give his name defended “our right to decide who can live and do business in our neighborhood. We don’t want Trump supporters...

Reinnes doxxed a bookstore owner and is encouraging his Twitter followers to harass him because of this (tweet). According to the Richmond Times-Dispatch, the former White House aide was shopping in Black Swan Books when another patron came called him a “piece of trash.” Nick Cooke, who owns the store, then reportedly asked the woman to leave, which she refused. He then called the police which now has libs, especially former Hillary Clinton hack Philippe Reines up in

“Open Mic” night May 2 at the SUNY Oswego Lifestyles Center turned out to not be so open after all. Taking the title at face value, conservative student Nicole Miller gave a speech about liberal intolerance on campus and — wait for it — got put on warning for making other students “uncomfortable.” The school’s Alcohol and Other Drugs Program coordinator, Trisha DeWolf, emailed Miller to say that if she did it again, she’d be banned from future open-mic events. (Kudos to the website Campus Reform for publicizing the remarkable missive.) While insisting she was “in support of [Miller’s] freedom...

America’s colleges and universities have descended into madness, but just when you think they can’t sink any lower, they surprise you – they haven’t reached bottom yet. The latest example comes from the State University of New York at Oswego where a conservative student has been reprimanded by a campus administrator for publicly describing what it is like to be a Republican on the overwhelmingly liberal campus. Her “uncomfortable” speech during an open-mic event in April, she was told, “deeply hurt” students who took offense at her take on liberal intolerance and filed complaints, reported Campus Reform. Nicole Miller, a...

Black Lives Matter is sometimes criticized for using illiberal methods to advance its goals. The movement’s top leader in Pennsylvania, Asa Khalif, isn’t shying away from that reputation. He threatened to “begin disrupting classes and other campus activities with a wave of protests” starting Friday if the University of Pennsylvania doesn’t fire a professor it has already punished for comments about black student performance, The Philadelphia Tribune reports.

I have known Dana Loesch for a long time and I’ve been pleased to see her work her way up the food chain on the Right. She didn’t get to where she is because of a publicity stunt, because her whole gig is to offend people or because she mindlessly shills for the Republican Party. Instead, she’s someone with talent who was out there working her butt off for years. Is Dana Loesch a mainstream grassroots conservative? Absolutely. Is she someone who should be considered a feminist role model? You bet. Having met her and her husband on numerous occasions, I...

The California Highway Patrol has resorted to using decoy buses to catch the culprit behind a string of BB gun shootings at charter buses carrying Apple and Google employees. The news was first reported by ABC7. CHP officer John Fransen told Business Insider the department will be using decoy buses to draw fire from the shooter. Since January, there have at least been 20 shootings at charter buses in the Bay Area, including five used by Apple and Google employees who commute. The FBI is also helping with the case, Fransen said. The shooter used a pellet gun, which fires...

It’s always amusing to see which traditional liberals have been pushed too far by leftists. Not that this is the first time Alan Dershowitz has strayed (see Alan Dershowitz Throws Down on Idiots Who Blame Terrorism on Poverty… and WATCH: Alan Dershowitz Face-Stomps Obama Over Anti-Israel Resolution). It is, however, the most blunt he’s been about it. I’m not worried about a few dozen people with swastikas who want to replace the Jews, because they’re our past. They have no resonance on university campuses today. But the hard, hard left? Anti-Semitism, anti-Christianity, intolerance for speech. It’s the future. These are...

The lead promoter and founder of East Coast Comicon, Cliff Galbraith, bragged on social media about banning Christian conservative actor Kevin Sorbo from the upcoming geek convention in New Jersey because of the actor’s friendship with Sean Hannity. “I turned down Kevin Sorbo for East Coast Comicon,” organizer Galbraith wrote on Facebook over the weekend. “He’s pals with Sean Hannity. Just can’t do it.” As with video games, YA literature, and tech, the comic book and nerd culture convention circuit has become progressively left-leaning over the past few years–and East Coast Comicon is no exception. Its founder, Cliff Galbraith, advertised...

It is 10:30pm, and the Religion of Peace is once more showering us with its (explosive) blessings. They are prepared to kill and maim Jews because an American Christian confirmed that Israel’s capital city for the last 3,000 years is still its capital city. As an Israeli politician put it to the BBC: Jerusalem was the capital of Israel before London was even thought of. Jews have been continuously in the land for thousands of years, and Jerusalem has always been their capital. Many have tried to throw them out, they have all failed. The history is freely available. We...

Yet another protest against the Trump administration has divided neighbor from neighbor. A yard decorated for Halloween and featuring a tombstone designated for President Donald Trump is causing controversy in a Texas town. On today’s show, Glenn voiced his frustration over this story, which reflects so much of the unnecessary conflict we see every day in our own communities. “This little rift in this small town in America … is a micro-chasm of what’s happening in our entire country,” Glenn said.

No sanctions for two protesters who are student government officials What is it with leftist activists seeing libraries as places to scream and threaten other students? The College Republicans at the University of California-Santa Cruz faced a two-hour siege by protesters who said their very act of meeting quietly in the McHenry Library was “violent racist activity.” To their credit, the CRs never fought back or screamed, and didn’t even call the police. That was a call made by school officials when it became clear the CRs were staying put and the protesters wouldn’t stop menacing them, according to Campus...

Son of a gun. This is the SECOND brilliant email rant on another vital subject sent me by a very bright friend today. I would be remiss if I failed to share it with you and urge you to share it with YOUR bright friends so they, too, will consider you equally bright, pleasing our modern god of egalitarianism. And what appear to be misspellings are, in fact, how our learned English cousins spell stuff This should be posted in every college and university, every courthouse, every city hall, every state house and upon every statue and memorial to our...

For those unfamiliar with the term, Marranos was the name given to Jews in medieval Spain, especially in the fifteenth century during the Spanish Inquisition, who secretly maintained their Judaism while living as Catholics in public. There is, of course, no Spanish Inquisition in America today – no one is being tortured into confessing what they really believe, and no one is being burned at the stake. But there are millions of Marrano-like Americans: Americans who hold conservative views – especially those who hold to conservative positions on social issues and those who voted for Donald Trump for president. Millions...
