“They did this for no reason. It’s not going to bring George back here. George is in a better place than we are. Last night, I’m going to be honest, I wished I was where George was. ... These people are tearing up our livelihood.”This is how Stephanie Wilford, a disabled African American woman who lives in south Minneapolis, responded to the recent destruction in her community. She obviously had nothing to do with the tragic death of George Floyd, but she has become a victim of those who are perpetrating violence in response to it. A woman threw a...

Allow me to disabuse you of your naïve delusion that we still live in a country with a justice system and break it to you that no one is going to jail for what was done to Flynn, or for the unmasking business, or for the Russia hoax or, for that matter, for any of the corrupt Dem/foreigner collaborations exemplified by the payoffs received by stripperphile and Bolivian folk medicine enthusiast Hoover Biden. No one. Well, maybe Mike Flynn himself will. Since his judge is now making up the law as he goes along – in law school they taught...

Attorney General William Barr's decision to drop the "lying to the FBI" charges against Gen. Michael Flynn has infuriated Judge Emmett Sullivan. The Judge is now soliciting ideas from anyone who wants to suggest an alternate charge for which the General can be punished. Former Judge John Gleeson suggested that "Flynn should be charged with perjury for falsely pleading guilty to lying to the FBI. There is no evidence that Flynn committed any crime. Consequently, his admission of guilt is clearly perjury. Judge Sullivan should find him guilty of perjury and sentence him to prison." House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold...

Disclosure of previously withheld FBI documents reveal that rather than pursuing an honest investigation of former National Security Adviser General Michael Flynn, the FBI plotted to entrap him. This prompted Attorney General William Barr to order that the case against him be dropped. "When we look at the evidence it is clear that there is no underlying crime," Barr observed. "As in-coming NSA, Flynn was acting within the scope of his duties to converse with the Russian Ambassador. The FBI's transcript of its illegal wire tap of Flynn showed no illicit content. Yet, the FBI proceeded to entrap him by...

In 2018 Cardinal George Pell was found guilty in the State of Victoria of raping two choir boys just after leading a mass in a busy cathedral. One of the boys denied being raped but the Cardinal was found guilty. Witnesses said the Cardinal was at the front of the church when the alleged rape was supposed to have taken place but the Cardinal was found guilty. He was imprisoned mostly in solitary confinement for 404 days in his late 70’s. Two days ago (Australian time) the seven Justices of the High Court Of Australia unanimously overturned the conviction. The...

A Massachusetts man convicted of repeatedly raping a 12-year-old boy was ordered released from jail Friday — because he suffers from health conditions that can make him vulnerable to coronavirus, according to new reports. Glenn Christie, 54, who uses a wheelchair, was ordered released from the Massachusetts Treatment Center by Superior Court Judge Heidi Brieger, WBUR reported. One of the conditions is that Christie tests negative for COVID-19, the station reported.

This story is developing The Department of Justice was ordered Thursday by Judge Reggie B. Walton to turn over a copy of the unredacted former Special Counsel Robert Mueller report. The judge accused Attorney General William Barr of misrepresenting the findings of the report before it was submitted last year to Congress. Walton, a federal district court judge in Washington D.C. who was appointed by President George W. Bush, questioned Barr’s public comments and ‘credibility’ about the report before Mueller released his findings. “The inconsistencies between Attorney General Barr’s statements, made at a time when the public did not have...

It was announced yesterday that Andrew McCabe will not be facing any criminal charges. https://twitter.com/MSchwartz3/status/1228366413364125701It is one more abominable event in the conspiracy against the Trump campaign. What this really does, however, is put the focus on the two tiers of the justice system that exist today- one for the left and another for the right. That two tiered system was spotlighted when James Comey let Hillary Clinton off the hook for her reckless disregard for classified information. Those committing offenses far less egregious were punished severely. That two tiered justice system now rewards Andrew McCabe. You will remember that Hillary...

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., has a constitutional obligation to send articles of impeachment to the Senate, Judge Andrew Napolitano said Thursday. Appearing on "Fox & Friends" with hosts Pete Hegseth, Steve Doocy, and Ainsley Earhardt, Napolitano said that while he has said there was a legal basis for impeachment in the House, lawmakers now have a "moral and constitutional obligation" to send the two articles of impeachment to the Senate.

The secretary of the Navy and the admiral who leads the SEALs have threatened to resign or be fired if plans to expel a commando from the elite unit in a war crimes case are halted by President Trump, administration officials said Saturday.

We are not witnessing a legitimate impeachment process, and certainly not any form of justice recognizable in America since the Massachusetts Spring of 1693. Let's examine the particular dishonest elements of Pelosi's "Open and transparent investigative proceedings by the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence" -- that's Section 2 of her Resolution.

The U.S. Justice Department has decided not to prosecute former FBI Director James Comey despite an internal investigation that found he improperly leaked information to the news media, the department’s internal watchdog said on Thursday. The Justice Department’s Office of Inspector General said Comey asked a friend to share the contents of a memo with the New York Times to pressure the department to launch an independent investigation into his conversations with President Donald Trump. In the memo, Comey described a meeting in which Trump allegedly asked him to drop the FBI’s investigation into Michael Flynn, who at the time...

New York regulators asked an ethics panel to investigate potential conflicts of interest claims after the attorney general's office hired an attorney paid for by former mayor-turned-environmentalist billionaire Michael Bloomberg. The request was sent the same day that a government watchdog group filed an open records request about the hiring of two Bloomberg-funded attorneys into the attorney general's office. Bloomberg has turned his attention to environmental issues, gun control, and anti-tobacco regulations since leaving office. The former New York City mayor's most ambitious project has been funding the "State Energy and Environmental Impact Center" (SEEIC) at the New York University...

After being confined in the Fort Leavenworth military prison for eight years, Sergeant Derrick Miller is out on parole and trying to put his life back together. In July 2011, Sgt. Miller was convicted of premeditated murder for the death of an Afghan during his third deployment with the U.S. National Guard. But the circumstances that led Sgt. Miller to join the military and got him to this point, are a story in and of themselves. "Initially, I had been working in construction for probably about six or seven years. I'd been doing carpentry and had my own crew. We...

CTH shared a prediction in September 2018 which bears repeating. However, prior to revisiting the past let us overlay today’s events. Keep in mind, much of what is happening is downstream from predicate events that took place long before AG Bill Barr was confirmed to run the DOJ. Actually, while not intending to defend Bill Barr, some of the recent events are beyond his control. Here’s how: First, if you remember when the 568 page IG report on FBI/DOJ conduct was delivered in June 2018, you might remember how the ‘executive summary and conclusions’ were disconnected from the main body...

Wednesday on his nationally syndicated radio show, conservative talker Rush Limbaugh slammed Department of Justice special counsel Robert Mueller for his statement regarding whether or not President Donald Trump had committed obstruction of justice during his investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. Limbaugh called such a statement an “abomination” of the U.S. justice system.

Hoaxer Jussie Smollett announced his exoneration after Kim Foxx, state attorney for Cook County, Illinois dismissed all charges against him. “The racist persecution of me by the Chicago Police Department has been debunked by higher authorities,” Smollett bragged. “This proves I told the truth.” He further went on to demand prosecution of “the Nigerian thugs who doused me with bleach and threatened to hang me.” The Illinois Prosecutors Bar Association questioned Foxx’s “highly abnormal decision. Her phony recusal followed by a unilateral decree of exoneration without notice to the law enforcement entities who filed the charges violated the law. The...

News that Jussie Smollett was being let off without doing time for tying up the city of Chicago and half the world's media with his bizarre accusation of being beaten by homophobic Trump supporters in the middle of the night was met by predictable fury from Chicago's mayor and chief of police. But they needn't worry. Smollett should. He will be the new O. J., another man getting away with a crime he committed in full public view. That didn't work out very well for The Juice. In fact, he's a pariah for life. And it won't for Smollett either....

Former New York City Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik told Breitbart News that FBI agents are “scared to death” to criticize political corruption and abuses of power at the bureau and broader Department of Justice (DOJ). Kirk offered his analysis on Wednesday’s edition of SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Tonight in an interview with hosts Rebecca Mansour and Joel Pollak. Kerik reflected on partisan and political corruption at the FBI and DOJ: “Not one of these people has been brought up on criminal charges, or even ethical charges. McCabe was terminated. Comey was fired. Page is gone. But at the end of the...
