The first of several former Obama administration officials and former aides to Hillary Clinton is set to be deposed Thursday after a judge ruled in January that they must answer questions under oath about the 2012 Benghazi terror attacks and the Clinton email scandal. U.S. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth ordered the discovery after a lawsuit was brought by conservative watchdog Judicial Watch, which is seeking to uncover “whether the Benghazi scandal was one reason for keeping Mrs. Clinton’s email secret.” The conservative group announced Wednesday that Justin Cooper, a former Clinton Foundation adviser who played a role in setting...

Shortened title. Full title: Judicial Watch: Hillary Clinton Files New Answers Under Oath about Email System – Used It for the ‘Purpose of Convenience’ Judicial Watch announced today Hillary Clinton submitted additional written answers under oath about her email system. Clinton testified that she used the controversial email system for the “purpose of convenience.” Clinton initially objected and refused to answer the questions but was ordered to do so last month by U.S. District Court Judge G Emmet Sullivan. The court ordered Clinton to “[D]escribe the creation of the clintonemail.com domain name and the decision to set the domain up...

In a combative exchange at a hearing Friday in Washington, D.C., a federal judge unabashedly accused career State Department officials of lying and signing "clearly false" affidavits to derail a series of lawsuits seeking information about former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's private email server and her handling of the 2012 terrorist attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya. U.S. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth said he was "shocked" and "dumbfounded" when he learned that FBI had granted immunity to former Clinton chief of staff Cheryl Mills during its investigation into the use of Clinton's server, according to a...

(Washington, DC) — Judicial Watch announced today that it received 288 pages of newly uncovered emails of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton that were transmitted over her unsecure, non-“state.gov” email system, three of which contain classified information. Judicial Watch obtained the documents in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed on May 6, 2015, after the State Department failed to respond to a March 4, 2015, FOIA request (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:15-cv-00687)) seeking: All emails sent or received by former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton in her official capacity as...

Shortened title. Full title: FITTON: Judicial Watch Contacted FBI With Evidence Hillary’s Server Was Hacked – FBI and Peter Strzok COVERED IT UP President of Judicial Watch Tom Fitton revealed in a weekly update that the watchdog group contacted the FBI in 2016 with information their investigators uncovered that suggest the Russians compromised Hillary Clinton’s private server—THE FBI DID NOTHING ABOUT IT. Fitton first touched on Congressman Gohmert’s admission during the Peter Strzok hearing that a govt watchdog found that Hillary Clinton’s 30,000 emails were sent to a foreign entity unrelated to Russia–of course Peter Strzok and the FBI did...

Documents turned over Friday by the FBI show Obama administration lawyers “kowtowing” to Hillary Clinton’s legal team over the release of evidence on a second private email server she used while secretary of state, tweeted Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. The documents were obtained as part of a Judicial Watch lawsuit. The “successor server,” hosted by Platte River Networks in Denver, was famously erased with the software program BleachBit. National Security reporter Jordan Schachtel, as the Gateway Pundit blog reported, combed through the documents and found that Clinton lawyers initially did not reveal to the FBI the existence of the...

Full Title - Did Clinton & Obama's use of private email, and her routing of govt comms illegally through an unsecured server in her home, open a door to Chinese intelligence? 1. IMPORTANT. Did Clinton & Obama's use of private email, and her routing of govt comms illegally through an unsecured server in her home, open a door to Chinese intelligence? I think the probability is HIGH. If so, we are in uncharted territory.

“Foreign actors” obtained access to some of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s emails -- including at least one email classified as “secret” -- according to a new memo from two GOP-led House committees and an internal FBI email. Fox News obtained the memo prepared by the House Judiciary and Oversight committees, which lays out key interim findings ahead of next week’s hearing with Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz. The IG, separately, is expected to release his highly anticipated report on the Clinton email case later Thursday. The House committees, which conducted a joint probe into decisions made by...

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein gave a resume to the Senate Judiciary Committee for his confirmation to be Deputy Attorney General. In that resume, provided under oath, he falsely stated the dates at which he worked for Ken Starr’s investigative legal team. Rosenstein testified to the Senate that he worked on Starr’s team beginning in 1995 and ending in 1997. Rosenstein said that he began working at the U.S. Attorney’s office in Maryland for the Clinton administration in the year 1997. However, records show that Rosenstein interviewed Hillary Clinton for Ken Starr in the Whitewater case on January 14, 1998....

Former U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Joe diGenova said Tuesday that key Obama administration officials ignored reports of a possible breach of Hillary Clinton's private email server in order to protect the 2016 presidential candidate. DiGenova said that not only did FBI Agent Peter Strzok and then-Director of National Intelligence Jim Clapper ignore the possible hack, but that they did so "with the consent of the president (Obama)." Tucker Carlson said technicians found discrepancies in metadata contained in the email server, which may indicate it was hacked or tampered with.

The FBI agent charged with investigating Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server became aware of a possible breach, but never followed up, Fox News Channel has reported. Citing sources familiar with the investigation, Fox News reported Peter Strzok discovered an irregularity in the server’s metadata in 2016 - just before the presidential election - but did not conduct a formal damage assessment.

During the final months of the Clinton email investigation, FBI agent Peter Strzok was advised of an irregularity in the metadata of Hillary Clinton’s server that suggested a possible breach, but there was no significant follow up, according to two sources with knowledge of the matter. Sources told Fox News that Strzok, who sent anti-Trump text messages that got him removed from the ongoing Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia probe, was told about the metadata anomaly in 2016, but Strzok did not support a formal damage assessment.

What are we to make of the GOP and Democrats' dueling scandal wars? So much information, so little time. We'll have to wait until special counsel Robert Mueller completes his investigation to be sure, but I don't believe there's any credible evidence that Donald Trump colluded with Russia to affect the presidential election. On the other hand, though I was initially skeptical that the investigations into the Democratic scandals would produce much, I've changed my mind. I know I'm biased, but after having studied the voluminous information more thoroughly, I'm convinced there is an alarming amount of evidence of misconduct....

In a new email released by the State Department Friday, it is crystal clear that Hillary Clinton was well aware that all of her info was saved on HER private server.

HILLARY CLIP In case some of you had missed this, here it is again. This clip was provided to Trey Gowdy's committee investigators over 2 1/2 years ago, they acknowledged receipt, and we discussed it on the phone. The clip is from a 2000 fundraiser at Wolfgang Puck's Spago in Beverly Hills. Hilly is sitting between Peter Paul and Spiderman Stan Lee and the discussion turns to email. It is difficult to understand it completely, but Hillary is saying that, because of investigations, why would I want to use email......can you imagine? Fast forward to when she started at State....

wo big Clinton stories landed last week. The first is that Hillary Clinton destroyed the electronic copies of her State Department emails on her private server after the State Department subpoenaed her emails. The second is that Hillary Clinton had an aide running a "secret spy network" that was, among other things, feeding her information on Benghazi, according to a report by Pro Publica and Gawker. Earlier this month, I noted the myriad ways that Clinton running her own private email server breathes new life into the Benghazi investigation, but this last revelation takes things to a whole new level....

Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into the possibility the Trump campaign colluded with Russian officials appears to have morphed into an investigation into alleged “obstruction of justice.”On Tuesday, the Washington Post reported Mueller has requested to question President Trump directly about his decision to fire former FBI Director James Comey, as well as the departure of Trump’s former national security advisor, Michael Flynn. It is believed Mueller is looking for evidence that shows Trump’s motive for firing Comey was to end the FBI’s investigation into Flynn and Russian interference in the 2016 election.Although liberal pundits and many congressional Democrats have long argued...

Republicans on key congressional committees say they have uncovered new irregularities and contradictions inside the FBI's probe of Hillary Clinton's email server. For the first time, investigators say they have secured written evidence that the FBI believed there was evidence that some laws were broken when the former secretary of State and her top aides transmitted classified information through her insecure private email server, lawmakers and investigators told The Hill. That evidence includes passages in FBI documents stating the "sheer volume" of classified information that flowed through Clinton's insecure emails was proof of criminality as well as an admission of...
