MONROE — A suspected illegal immigrant is in the Middletown City Jail facing three counts of rape for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old girl. Eduardo Nunez-rios, 19, of Sarasota Street in Liberty Twp., is being held on a $75,000 bond after being accused of raping the Lemon Twp. girl. According to Newport News police, Jose Rodriquez-Hernandez, 22, filmed himself sexually abusing a 10-year-old girl, and posted the video on the internet. The victim reported the assaults to a school employee, who then notified Child Protective Services. Police immediately began an investigation immediately and secured arrest warrants for Rodriguez-Hernandez on Friday night. He is wanted on charges of forceable sodomy, the production of child pornography and taking indecent liberties with a child. A 33-year-old Honduran man is accused of sexually assaulting a 5-year-old girl early Tuesday in South Scranton. Santos A. Garcia-Paz fled when the victim immediately told her mother, who called police, according to city Detective Vince Uher. Officers caught Mr. Garcia-Paz a few blocks away. An 11-year-old girl was raped in Silver Spring by two men who took her into an apartment after they saw her walking outside Tuesday night, Montgomery County police said.
