Police have released footage showing the moment an Arab terrorist stabbed and seriously wounded an Israeli jogger in Gush Etzion, and then fled from the scene. His victim, a Jewish man in his 30s, had been running outside the town of Neve Daniel when he was stabbed and seriously injured. He managed to reach the gate of the town, where security guards called an ambulance and initiated a manhunt.
