Co-Founder of Designated Driver Program Charged With DUI FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) - A co-founder of a designated driver program is facing DUI charges. Marcel Beaumont, 49, of Delray Beach, was charged early Sunday after police said he fell asleep behind the wheel of his BMW while at an intersection.
