OAKLAND - A Texas Rangers pitcher accused of throwing a chair at an Oakland Athletics fan pleaded no contest this afternoon to misdemeanor assault, and will serve 30 days in jail, attend 26 weeks of anger management classes and serve three years of court-mandated probation. Frank Francisco pleaded today to one count of misdemeanor assault for breaking the nose of Jennifer Bueno of Livermore after throwing the chair into the stands at a Sept. 13, 2004 A's game at MacAfee Coliseum. Francisco threw the chair after several of his teammates were heckled by and later confronted Bueno's husband, Craig Bueno....
