Governor Rick Scott delivered a blistering report Thursday on the offices of supervisors of elections in Broward and Palm Beach counties. Addressing the media in front of the governor's mansion, Scott said there could be "rampant fraud" in the election practices of the two counties. Scott said at the end of election night, the Broward County Supervisor of Elections Office said 634,000 votes had been cast.
