EXCLUSIVE – Republican Rep. Scott Perry of Pennsylvania says that the FBI has confiscated his cell phone. Perry, in an exclusive statement, told Fox News on Tuesday that while traveling with his family earlier in the day, he was approached by three FBI agents who handed him a warrant and requested that he turn over his cell phone.

Rep. Scott Perry (R-Pa.), a staunch ally of former President Donald Trump and former chairman of the House Freedom Caucus, disclosed Tuesday that FBI agents stopped him on family vacation and seized his cell phone just one day after the bureau raided the former president's home and offices in Florida. Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin's (R) political action committee, Sarah PAC, raised almost $1.6 million the first six months of this year, it will report in Federal Election Commission (FEC) filings.
