This song was played on Top 40 radio constantly during the summer of 1970. I was just 7 years old at the time. I always thought it was a woman singing this song until a few years ago I learned it was a guy. Anyway, it was a great song and a little slice of pop music from the summer of 1970. Over a half century ago. I am now so old! Ronnie Dyson died back in 1990 which is over 30 years ago at this point.
