How does everyone win this war? Easy. Saddam and family are granted secret exile and billions for the duration of their lives. US military claim to 'decapitate' him in cruise missile attack. Military never claims to have positive proof, just in case Saddam double-crosses them and re-emerges. 1) US wins by winning war with minimal death.
