DURHAM, N.C. -- Police in Durham have arrested an 18-year-old in connection with a quadruple shooting Wednesday evening that left a teenager dead. Justin Perry, 18, of Kittrell, turned himself in to police early Thursday morning. He was charged with the murder of 17-year-old Joseph Towah from Drew Street in Durham. Authorities are looking for 20-year-old Darien Taylor in connection with the shooting that occurred near the 600 block of Gray Avenue in Durham. He has also been charged with Towah's murder.
