<p>Gov. Gray Davis' labor contract with one of his re-election campaign's biggest financial boosters -- the state's prison guards -- came under renewed fire Friday as a legislative subcommittee questioned the man whose office negotiated it.</p>
<p>Marty Morgenstern, director of the state Department of Personnel Administration, said he was "personally exercised" over an analysis of the contract he called highly misleading.</p>
