A Fort Bragg brigadier general has been charged with forcible sodomy and other offenses involving sex, pornography and alcohol, Army officials said this morning. The Fayetteville Observer has been monitoring the case and learned of the charges this morning. Fort Bragg officials will hold a press conference this afternoon. "Brig. Gen. Jeffrey A.
