The Ventures rhythm guitarist Don Wilson has died, aged 88. Seattle-based journalist Saint Bryan shared the news with the world by posting a message on Twitter, on behalf of the guitar player’s family. Wilson’s son, Tim, issued a statement to People magazine, where he said, “Our dad was an amazing rhythm guitar player who touched people all over world with his band, The Ventures. He will have his place in history forever and was much loved and appreciated.
