Election analysts who surmise that voter suppression tactics against Bernie Sanders must have been assisted by voter database hacks are wondering at the timing and senselessness of the murder of a DNC data director, Seth Rich. Rich was shot multiple times in the back in a puzzling random murder in an affluent area of Washington DC. Nothing was taken from him, and robbery was ruled out as the motive. Rich was from Nebraska. When hundreds of thousands of voters were dropped from the rolls, or found their party registrations changed without their permission, in the Democratic primaries in New York,...

Washington (CNN)Newly released emails from Hillary Clinton's tenure as secretary of state raise questions about the nature of the department's relationship with the Clinton Foundation. Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog group, released 296 pages of emails from the Democratic presidential nominee, including 44 that Judicial Watch says were not previously handed over to the State Department by Clinton. The emails, many of which are heavily redacted, raise questions about the Clinton Foundation's influence on the State Department and its relations during her tenure. In one instance, top Clinton Foundation official Doug Band lobbied Clinton aides for a job for someone...

A month has passed since FBI Director James Comey ripped into Hillary Clinton for the “extremely careless” way she handled classified emails while she was secretary of state, but stopped short of recommending that criminal charges be brought against her. However, that doesn’t mean Hillary is out of the FBI woods. According to a source close to Comey, Hillary is still the target of an active FBI criminal investigation, but this time around, the media aren’t paying much attention. With little public fanfare, Comey’s agents have been looking into Hillary’s relationship with foreign businessmen and governments who donated millions of...

WASHINGTON, Aug. 9 (UPI) -- The Department of Justice has ordered about 1,000 of its attorneys to undergo additional ethics training following a Texas judge's ruling that he was misled. The additional one hour of training in a one-time program, on top of existing requirements, was ordered last month for attorneys in the Justice Department's Civil Division, according to court documents made public Monday. In May, Judge Andrew Hanen of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas said Justice Department lawyers intentionally misled him while the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals immigration lawsuit against the administration of...

The computer network used by Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s campaign was hacked as part of a broad cyber attack on Democratic political organizations, people familiar with the matter told Reuters. The latest attack, which was disclosed to Reuters on Friday, follows reports of two other hacks on the Democratic National Committee and the party’s fundraising committee for candidates for the U.S. House of Representatives. The U.S. Department of Justice national security division is investigating whether cyber hacking attacks on Democratic political organizations threatened U.S. security, sources familiar with the matter said on Friday.

Donald Trump has piled in on the DNC, following damaging revelations of underhand tactics by the supposedly impartial committee against their own candidate Bernie Sanders. So far, Democrats have failed to respond to controversies raised by the leak. “Leaked e-mails of DNC show plans to destroy Bernie Sanders. Mock his heritage and much more. On-line from Wikileakes [sic], really vicious. RIGGED,” tweeted the Republican nominee on Saturday afternoon. “The Wikileaks e-mail release today was so bad to Sanders that it will make it impossible for him to support her, unless he is a fraud!” Trump added in another tweet.

A staffer at the Department of Justice is in hot water after sending a tweet about Melania Trump from the agency’s Twitter account. In a statement Tuesday, a Justice official said a “staffer in the public affairs office erroneously used the official Department of Justice Twitter handle to post a tweet that was intended for a personal account.” “CNN is the biggest troll of all lmao #Petty,” the staffer reportedly tweeted with a CNN story about Donald Trump’s campaign denying accusations that his wife plagiarized a 2008 speech from Michelle Obama when speaking at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland...

All of the fugitives featured on the Texas Most Wanted list are categorized as “White,” but based on names, mugshots and gang affiliations, anyone can clearly see that all but one are actually Hispanic. The Bureau of Justice does not use the same criteria to categorize perpetrators as they do victims, when listing race and ethnicity. Perpetrators are listed in four racial categories: black, white, Asian and Native American. Hispanics are thrown into the “white” category.

When former presidents and other dignitaries traveled to California to wax nostalgic on the speaking circuit, they may have been demanding, but none insisted on being flown from San Francisco by private jet to a venue just 70 miles down the freeway. That was before Bill Clinton came along. Clinton changed the rules of political speech-making for cash. He would push not just corporate hosts but also nonprofits and universities to pay fees well beyond what they were accustomed to. His aides would turn what had been a freewheeling format into tightly scripted events where every question from the audience...

Attorney General Loretta Lynch says she agreed out of courtesy to meet with former President Bill Clinton after he saw her plane at the Phoenix airport last month and asked to board it to say hi. Lynch reiterated in testimony before the House Judiciary Committee that her encounter with the former president was purely social, and there was no discussion of Hillary Clinton’s email practices or any other official business or matter before the Justice Department. Instead, she says Bill Clinton talked "at length" about his grandchildren. And, in keeping with Clinton's reputation for volubility, Lynch says that the conversation...

Is U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch coordinating with Black Lives Matter activists to disrupt the upcoming Republican and Democratic National Conventions so that martial law will be declared and the elections suspended/indefinitely postponed? This allegation is the subject of hundreds of articles regarding a series of purported direct messages between three leading Black Lives Matter activists. What we do know On Friday, June 10, 2016, Black Lives Matter (BLM) leader and former Baltimore Mayoral Candidate DeRay McKesson claimed that someone hacked into his phone and took control of his twitter account. DeRay McKesson reported the hack to The Baltimore Sun....

The 800-plus-page report of the House Select Committee on Benghazi was released earlier this week. It slams former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for her willful indifference to her obligation to repel military-style attacks on American interests and personnel at the U.S. Consulate and a nearby CIA annex in Benghazi, Libya. She particularly failed to save the lives of U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three of his colleagues, all under her care and control while she was secretary of state. The report also slams Clinton for her repeated lies about the cause of the attacks. After she told her daughter...

Big News, via the New York Times: “Lynch to Accept Guidance of F.B.I. in Clinton Email Inquiry”.... Just one problem: It’s not true. Here’s Bloomberg’s Mark Halperin, citing a senior DOJ official: Attorney General Lynch reserves the right to overrule the recommendation of career prosecutors and the FBI in the Hillary Clinton email probe. This official says the probability she would overrule is “very, very low,” but it is not zero. In other words, Lynch is not “recusing herself,” as has been rumored, and she is not committing herself to the FBI’s recommendation. Despite the “furor,” nothing has changed. And,...

The Department of Justice has decided to file a motion that will hold over Clinton emails with her crew for the next 27 months. It's up to the courts right now, but many Americans are pissed they would even try this stunt. Is this what Loretta Lynch's meeting with Bill Clinton was about? They don't even hide their corruption anymore. Most of our politicians are guilty of treason. This action only proves how corrupt the Clinton's are. Republicans and Conservatives have tried, cried and begged Democrats to look at who these evil people are. Obama is willing and required by...
